"Staff was very courteous and friendly. Especially Thomas at the front desk. Valet was convenient and staff was extremely polite. Getting Room Service was VERY slow and I had to call 3 times after waiting over 45 minutes for our dessert order. Several times the phone was not picked up when calling Room Service or the Restaurant. We found it particularly odd that there was no refrigerator in our room. Other than those 2 things, it was a great choice!! "

The only downside are room windows which don’t block out any noise… you can hear all the noise outside through the night, trains in particular are really noisy and went past a lot the night I was there. Take earplugs. Around the hotel isn’t the best to walk around at night (not an area for good life). During the day it’s great, It’s not far from the stadium...
