"Even with the renovation project underway....Grand Hyatt did not disappoint! Our stays are always nice. Room service was prompt, hot and delicious. Housekeeping repsonsive and other staff ready to assist in the oddest request. Ill keep it vague. LOL. But the effort to help me as guest meet a need is greatly appreciated. "

"Had an amazing stay here. Right across the street from nice restaurants in a very nice neighborhood. It was safe and quiet with plenty of things to do. Lenox mall is like 5 minutes away loved it!"
