"Our stay was okay but lacked some basics that were a little frustrating. For example, we are a family of four but we had two towels in the room. We asked for two more towels, which they brought the next morning after we asked, but then housekeeping replaced them all with two towels that day, so we had to call for two more again the next day (not to mention the originals weren’t dirty).
