"Property is in fantastic location and excellent shape, but I got the sense it was understaffed on a Saturday night. The restaurant had essentially only three options left on the menu at 8pm. The waiter was very apologetic and tried eagerly to make the best of the situation"

"The only snag was this creaking sound from the roof. I was on the fourth floor, it was not quiet, keeps waking me up, I needed a few hours of sleep before my flight, but it was not really a restful night. Every other thing was okay."

"The cross walk was closed, we had to push our luggage cart through oncoming traffic to get the Sheraton enterance. Being warned ahead of time by the hotel would have been a big plus ( especially when you are elderly ). There is a covered cross walk on the 2nd level of T3 —- alas we didn’t know that. Being our 1st visit!"

"Greatly appreciated the shuttle service provided between the hotel and the airport. For us, check in was quick. Our room was a very good size with extremely comfortable bed. Modern bathroom including makeup/shaving mirror. We had dinner at the Cannery restaurant twice and both times was delicious although the seemed short staffed the second night. The breakfast buffet offered numerous choices. Overall, a great place to stay near the Toronto airport. "

"just overall good very beautiful They were renovating while we were there, and we couldn't even hear the noise until we were in the lobby, which was still very clean. so convenient for doing things around downtown and safe area"
