"The property is close to everything in Old Town. The rooms are generous in size. I’d skip the restaurant if I was going to stay again. And I didn’t use hotel parking because it is overpriced for the area. The hotel is well maintained and clean. "

My room and the dining area were very clean and well-organized. I only have two, minor complaints. The chairs in my room were very worn and the location of my access room was adjacent to the elevator mechanicals, creating significant noise in my room."

"The staff were, without exception, excellent. The hotel is a bit dated. No morning coffee was available downstairs, except Starbucks, which was $2.50 per plain old coffee. So for those that are averse to using in-room machines, tough. Plain coffee should be free for hotel guests as it is at most every hotel, even if at the in-house Starbucks. The bed was not comfortable. It was apparently not a Marriott mattress (the Westin is a Bonvoy prop) or it was a very old one with little support. ...
