"Check in was effortless, though we were a little later than the check in time. Got to our room and received a check in call from reception to see if we were happy with our room. Room had a nice layout, a full bedroom when then lead to a vanity area and branching off of that was the toilet and bath/shower, which was nice that the bathroom was further away from the bedroom, felt more private. "The tube is right there but there is no elevator for the tube. The area is nice with a few pubs with good food plus the two hotels have restaurants. Snack shop, pharmacy even KFC right there. And the tube will take you anywhere else you want to go. Hotel elevator is very secure as you have to use your room key to operate. Porters to handle luggage. excellent value."

Great hotel in Tower Hill
"My teen daughter and I stayed in London for 5 days. I choose the Apex based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint.The hotel is in Tower Hill right next to Tower bridge. The hotel has a nice restaurant which is open pretty late and gets very crowded wed-friday for happy hour. The hotel is clean and also has a nice lobby to chill out in. There are a few pubs just a few feet away and the tube is around the block. We stayed in a delux room and it was extremely spacious with a pretty big bathroom. It was perfect! Overall the hotel was great, clean and conveniently located. Would def recommend it."
