"We stayed on the 22nd floor. It was so noisy. Lots of banging doors and teens yelling. It was after midnight. The staff didnt specify we could only go in a couple of lines if we had to use a card. That should have been noted. Also did not know we had to reserve time at the waterpark so we werent able to swim. Convenient location. "

"This was the pertfect locations downtown Toronto without spending a fortune. Parking attached at a cost but thats normal. would stay again. rooms were small, but thats OK as it was just for sleeping"

"Great spot to stay downtown, close to everything including CN tower, hockey hall of fame, Scotiabank arena. The Scotland Yard across the street is a great spot to grab a beverage! "

"I am from Toronto but I had a need to stay close to Toronto General Hospital and this hotel was within walking distance which was perfect. What surprised me was that I had daily cleaning services which was unexpected and pleased. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel in all hours of the day which made my stay satisfactory while I dealt with a personal family health emergency. Thank you to the staff for their daily smiles and check ins. "
