"This is my third time at the Ritz. I must say that we were disappointed with a few things and they really need addressing. 1. The soda bed in the room is terrible. It’s like a hammock and it needs changing asap. My granddaughters slept in it and they are under age 10 and had difficulty getting comfortable so I tried it. Secondly, an order of 8 chocolate chip cookies and 2 glasses of milk came to 88.00. This is unacceptable. Thirdly, the bacon at breakfast was inedible. It would seem that it had...

"The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed in two different types of rooms. Very clean needs some upgrades/fixes in the junior suite we stayed in. The deluxe suite was in great condition. They added extra touches like complimentary champagne, homemade cookies/macaroons and fresh flowers. Has a cute tea room for breakfast and a Gatsby bar for drinks :) Would recommend. "
