"Our check in is very memorable because it is for a engagement proposal. Around 6:30pm April 5th I checked in for my friends who will arrange the room for the proposal the next morning. The receptionist named SUBHA if very professional, helpful and considerate. Got the keys to the room, checked the room and the view of the Niagara Falls is amazing. Next Morning 10am the engagement proposal happened and its a success and very memorable."

"Hotel was great! Perfect location to walk to everything we needed. Also, we arrived early as we we were traveling and there was no problem checking in early! Staff was so nice! Loved loved the breakfast at Reign, the restaurant in the lobby. Accommodated allergies easily."
