Hotel Wedding Venues in Ontario from SAR 304

"Hotel service great. I am a senior and use a cane. I was given a disability room that I did not ask for. I would have said no thank you.The room had a view to an dirty looking alley way and had a very depressive feel to it. Felt more like I was in a hospital room. Please dont assume because some one uses a cane they need such a room. "

"The only thing we weren’t happy with was my husband’s quite ill, and we went as a family to spend quality time together since it might be our last one with my husband he got sick in the lobby and he could barely walk asked about a wheelchair the only thing was you needed a $200 deposit. Yes you would’ve got it back at the end but we did not have $200 to put Down for the wheelchair so we weren’t able to get one so we weren’t happy with that they could have let me borrow it push them up to the room and then bring it right back down, but that’s not what happened. No money you don’t get one."
