"Friendly staff "

"The staff was very welcoming.The front desk had a room for me at 12 pm soon as i landed in New York City.The property was near everything and literally 5 blocks from Time Square and 4 blocks from Madison Square Garden.The rooms were cleaned and cozy.The bartender was also awesome.Definitely will be back .I traveled for my daughter’s 18 birthday and she loved it"

"We were in the city at thr same time as one of the Tayor Swift concerts and unfortunately we were scammed for our original planned stay. So we headed to the Royal York. Brad at reception was very kind and helpful."

"The staff were friendly, the room was well decorated and clean, the housekeeping staff were helpful. The location is within walking distance of Broadway shows. The only complaint is that the pillows were kind of lumpy. Aside from that minor complaint, the experience was everything I could have asked for."

"Excellent experience. Great location (wonderful dining options very close by), the property is attractive & well-maintained, & the staff were all exceptionally kind & attentive. I made good use of & appreciated the fitness center (the water dispenser in there is not adequate, though). The room was good (we liked the little “kitchen corner nook” & our city view). We would have preferred a coffee maker in the room, though. But all-in-all, we were very pleased & would definitely return. A great place!"
