"Staff was great, room was very good. We had a very noisy neighbor who had a large party and we had to call the front desk at 2 am. However, they dealt with the problem quickly"

"We had a great time at the resort, thanks mostly to Daniela at the front desk, who truly knows how to make a guest feel welcome, and Jordan- who escorted us to our room on the property and was extremely kind and efficient. We immediately felt at home with the service here. The property is so pretty, and our room was upgraded at no charge to us- we were wowed by the staff and the service! "

"Spacious condo in a quiet area. We seemed to hit a week with closures of pools and mini golf on different days for maintenance but made the best of it. Friendly staff. Beds were not super comfortable but not the worst either. Ceiling fans in rooms were a nice touch. Full kitchen area. Great stay with kids. Would stay again! Close to Walmart and restaurants."

"As golfers and great fans of the late Arnold Palmer, we have always wanted to visit Bay Hill golf club. It was just a short stay but it was very nice to visit his famous golf course. The staff were great. The room was lovely. The bed very comfortable. "
