The front desk agent was truly exceptional—unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his outstanding service deserves recognition. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite the hustle and bustle of being near Times Square during the New Year’s Eve season, he ensured everything was seamless and stress-free. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and well cared for, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. The location was unbeatable—convenient, central, and right in the heart of all the action. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay after a busy day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Millenium Times Square to anyone seeking exceptional service, a prime location, and a wonderful place to stay. I will absolutely return on my next trip!"

"The property was in the perfect location. 5 minutes to everything: Bryant Park, theaters, Rockefeller Center, subways, etc. Extremely clean. This hotel does not have a ton of amenities, but it has the nicest staff and cleanest room. Joey at the front desk was so nice and all staff were ready to help. "
