"The reception staff are fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with an issue relating to our booking.(3rd party not their mistake) They dealt with it in an efficient and friendly way. I cannot thank them enough. The hotel and faculties are wonderful. Each member of staff make you feel welcome and it really feels like home.
