"Hotel Madera is in the perfect location. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, this hotel is definitely my top pick. This hotel also has a restaurant on the 1st floor called Firefly… Great! Happy hour! The Chef is polite and relatable. Parking wasn’t too much of a problem. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any one."

"It is a large hotel conveniently close to many offices and tourist attractions. The hotel was fine though not exceptional. Among the positives I would include the location and the ease of getting food and grocery deliveries. Among the quibbles is that the reception seemed short staffed and perhaps as a consequence the staff didn't seem overeager to help. Thw gym is not open 24 hours. The north and the south winga being not connected at higher floors leads to some inconvenience."

"I love the hotel but the first time we stayed there was the room was fabulous. This time that we became it was just like a regular hotel. There was nothing special about it. I don’t know whether because I chose the street view, but I think that the room stayed in was the George Washington, which I loved, but the biggest thing about the hotel is that it did not have the restaurant we were looking forward to ordering room service instead we had to go to Pages try to find some food to be delivered...

"The hotel is hit or miss. Much depends on the room you get. Some are supposedly wonderful and large. Some are in basement (what they call 1st floor) with limited windows. Ours was ok, clearly an office that had been converted, with a bathroom built into the room, which looked odd and created an L shape. Some of the windows were covered by a massive headboard.
