"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"Comfortable bed, nice lighting and well appointed room. Very professional staff throughout and check in and check out was easy. Onsite valet parking, which was very convenient. We had two meals in the hotel restaurant- and while breakfast was fab, our dinner was a bit disappointing. No hotel gym or spa. Overall a good place to stay, if a bit pricey compared to some other similar options."

"Rooms were nice but very small. Great central location and good nearby food options. Fire alarm went off at 1am. It was a false alarm but there was no communication to the guests at all. Wasted an hour trying to figuyout if it was real or out."
