"Friendly staff "

"It is our first night at New Zealand after arriving Christchurch. Friendly and professional staff at reception, checkin was smooth. Room was comfortable, shower was adequate. Breakfast was very nice with much of English breakfast and other selections in the buffet. Definitely enjoyed our stay. "

"Changed our plans at the last minute and went to Christchurch for one night and we honestly wish we stayed longer. Hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and nightlife. We walked and rented scooters. Room had everything you need. Clean and spacious rooms and a great view. Bed was comfy and staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Location: Very near to bus interchange and shopping district. Facilities: The communal kitchen is a good place to gather and meet people from all works of life. There are also other interesting places (i.e movie room, library, etc) in the building. Room: Stayed in Loft Suite with Queen and Bunk with my family. Lovely place. However, no kettle/cups and would need to go down to the kitchen to get water with your own bottle. Ensuite bathroom is small, and floor got wet easily (bathmat is as good as...

"It is convenient to the airport, bus line, supermarket, restaurants, and Antarctic Centre. The vibe is hipster cool. My teen loved the common room with games, hammocks and swings."
