The bed was uncomfortable, curved, and didn’t fit the frame properly. The noise level was unbearable, with thin walls that didn’t block any sound, making it difficult to sleep. Not as advertised... "overall, it was a nice place. Restaurants were decen, a little frustrating they were out of several items on the menu at Wok. One bright spot was our butler Alexander.. there was some construction going on during our stay. Cap Cana is a great place with excellent golf. "

"The staff were amazing! Loved the beach and pool. We had the rooftop terrace room with plunge pool and it was great when we just wanted to tan and get cool without the people, even though it never seemed too crowded. Would definitely book again! "
