"Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. Pools were clean and the entertainment staff fun and friendly. A bell rings at the pool when a whale is spotted if u r there...

"It is a nice hotel on the beach with good dining options. Overall it is clean and feels safe. Staff was courteous and English speaking. Check in can take a very long time, though, as the hotel had only one desk person on duty at a busy time. "

"The service from all staff is First Rate, very courteous accommodating and respectful of your needs. We have never stayed in a place in Puerto Vallarta as great as Grand Miramar. Our suite as well as the entire resort was spotlessly clean, every day, very spacious and very well appointed. The two restaurants and Poolside Bar and snacks all served very delicious and well presented food items and used the best ingredients and bar brands. So if you are looking for a first rate accommodation...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel upkeep and cleanliness is outstanding . Beautiful views of the ocean at every turn. I only take one star off for food. Breakfast buffet was the best-although food served cold on many times, speciality restaurants weren’t so good and difficult to obtain a reservation. But overall, I loved my stay. Spa services were also amazing. "

"The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the private beach. I would have liked to have more on property activities. They had a lot of exercise classes, but would have liked something fun instead of the same things everyday. Nothing after dinner until the disco at 10:30.I didn't feel like the activities girls were excited about getting out and getting people to join in. "
