"I really liked the legacy hotel with all of its updates. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast available on site and that for dinner when i arrived i also had to leave the property. The area around the hotel gets risky, depending upon which direction you walk and since i dont know the area that was a concern."

"I was initially going to cancel because there was a flood warning for the Ohio River that blew up in the days leading to my visit. I called Harrah's three times in the days leading up to the visit and they confirmed they were open and no concerns. Upon arrival, I was told they were closing the property at 5pm the next day so we needed to leave promptly with no extensions. The casino itself does not open until 8am on Sundays and is generally very small."
