"The room was clean and comfortable but all just a little ‘tired’. It was unbearably hot when we first entered the room. Soon rectified by turning the heater off and opening the windows! Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and attentive staff. Disappointed to see vending machines in the foyer but I guess that’s normal for hotels in this price range these days."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Really well maintained and the room was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. The reception area has a really strong air freshener which I felt was over powering. Lovely scent but a little headache inducing if you ask me. "

"It is a good hotel, with friendly staff. It's clean and had everything I needed. Just a short walk to meadow park where I watched Man city play Arsenal in the league cup. There everything you need near by too. "

"The room was nice clean but the stay was let down by the food and restaurant tables full of dirty plates food breakfast was cold and had hairs in it and lack of choice and staff wasn’t very polite "

"The grounds are stunningly picturesque. Staff are so kind, friendly and attentive to every need. The decor and style are very warm and welcoming. Such a lovely, clean and comfortable bed room, with everything you could need. Delicious breakfast buffet. My kid loved the pool, thoughtfully provided poolside towels. We really enjoyed the steam room and sauna. To be honest I can’t fault it."

"The hotel was perfect for visiting Harry Potter Studio tour. Great location for what we needed. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared, good quality produce with enough choice, there was something for everyone. "
