"It was really nice for all of us to have our own bedroom / toilet. Transit station wasn't too far away. Nice neighborhood. Shared living space was snug but nice."

"Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "

"The house was nice and easy to find, and was in a peaceful, quiet area. Received instructions from the owners prior to arriving, which were clear and easy to follow. House was spacious and the bedrooms large. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. We stayed to visit Harry Potter Studios, which was very easy to get to from the house. The property was close to shops and restaurants, which made it a prime location. Would stay again and would recommend to others to book the house if they...

"This is a beautiful spacious home that is walking distance to Watford village and Cassiobury park. Large beds and all bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The only downside was no patio furniture to enjoy the backyard."

"Overall very good place to stay with family/friends either for a week or a weekend away. The property manager was very polite and sorted any issue I had very quickly and efficiently and even allowed us an extra 30 minutes to check out which my family are very grateful for. Definitely somewhere to consider staying!"

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay for six nights. Hostess Karen was incredibly helpful as my wife had a broken shoulder and she went out of her way to make her comfortable. Highly recommended, no problems at all, if fact extremely enjoyable stay in a glorious setting."

"There is nothing this hotel lacks. Absolutely beautiful accommodation and facilities with a manor house look and feel. Breakfast is unbeatable. No where tops this. Swimming pool with fresh ground coffee and decaf. Free. Buyable swim suits and goggles. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff, all of them. Very accommodating and helpful. As I said, nothing could be better. "

A good stay

"We found the staff very friendly and helpful, our economy broke at 10pm and we were moved to another room with no fuss, restaurant staff were also a credit to the hotel, our only comment would be that the food quality was not of a very good standard, based on other hotels we have used. The room was very clean even in corners where other people miss, a credit to the cleaning staff."
