"Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "

"The house was nice and easy to find, and was in a peaceful, quiet area. Received instructions from the owners prior to arriving, which were clear and easy to follow. House was spacious and the bedrooms large. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. We stayed to visit Harry Potter Studios, which was very easy to get to from the house. Good stop off on way to Heathrow

"Stayed for one night on way to Heathrow. Parking was straightforward. I have a EV, there were 2 chargers available, BP Pulse. A bit tricky to use as the didn’t take contactless cards, but sorted on BP Website. Lots of other parking available. I think hotel charged £7 overnight for charging. Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries. Ate dinner in restaurant, went for noodles with prawns. Nice and tasty but a bit pricey. Breakfast was ok. Cereal, fruit, cooked. Only complaint was not so good for vegetarians / vegans. Veggie sausages would have been good, Checkout was fast and efficient. Would stay again."
