"First time we had stayed here. Friendly and professional reception staff. Very helpful and booked a taxi for us for later that evening. Nothing was too much trouble. Long walk to bedroom. Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed . Plenty of room for storage. Tea and coffee facilities. Lovely bar area but had to get a drink from another area due to a private event. Lots of parking. Easy to check out. "

"The room was nice clean but the stay was let down by the food and restaurant tables full of dirty plates food breakfast was cold and had hairs in it and lack of choice and staff wasn’t very polite "

"Great restaurant (Nirvana) in the hotel, serving delicious Indian food, plus burgers a pizza if you don’t appreciate Indian. Staff bent over backwards to meet our needs ,holding breakfast an extra half hour because we were late). If I were to come back to Stevenage, I’d stay again!"
