"There is three separate Majestic Hotels on the Property but all contacted which can get confusing on the first day trying to get around. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made it hard to communicate and ask about certain things. They changed our room last minute and downgraded us and gave us a credit without telling us which was frustrating because we booked the specific room for our honeymoon but they were able to make it right and got us in the correct room the next day. "The property was pulchritudinous. I was perturbed about the check-in process. I had just turned 53; traveled all day and night on my born day to be subjected to a hellacious deposit that was unbeknownst to be. Expedia is the worst as well! It took almost two weeks for the hold to come off! My room was oaid for in full. I was not there long…again, I would not damage anything in the room. To have my money tied up was perturbing! "
