"Overall very good towards end of stay. Some of the front desk staff was exceptional. Thanks for organizing the fruit dish for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast staff was only attentive to certain type of people and ignore all others. The staff assigned to Dinner and breakfast before check out was excellent. Just the way we were treated when we first reserved 5 yrs ago. We were disappointed in the closure of the sky lounge and pool bar. There was no communication of this prior to booking. "

"Breakfast buffet didn’t have an omelet station which would have been nice. Variety of local as well as American cuisine. Some dishes were not warm enough. The wait staff was not receptive to feedback when i mentioned one of the handles on the trays was too hot and could possibly cause a burn. The outside wait staff on 11/19 were only attentive to certain customers, mostly Caucasians, and neglected others. Had to ask several times for beverages. "The check in and check out process is to long. They didn’t keep a credit card for incidentals and I was told that “ I didn’t have credit “ so I had to go back and ask for them to take a credit card so I could use the bars, restaurants etc!"
