"The room next door played very loud music into the early hours of the morning which affected my ability to get a good nights rest. However, the property itself was well kept. The front desk could exercise more courtesy. They behave as iif booking with Expedia did not qualify for excellent customer service."

"I liked the activities available each day The staff was great updating you with the daily schedule and always invited you to participate The pools and beach area were also nice. Our room needed updating (especially the bathroom) and felt it could have also been cleaner. We did get pretty burned out on the buffet but did utilize 3 of the onsite restaurants. "

"I liked everything, I think the food was not that great but everything else was very good. I never looked forward to meals,I have been to a lot of all-inclusive and always found something I liked but not this time. It would not keep me from coming back but I do wish the food was better."

"The property was clean. It’s not a huge but it’s intimate. The food selection was no vast but what was available was lovely. Workers were great. The bar tenders need to be more inviting . They did their jobs but a smile and a a bit of verbal exchange would add to a more fun experience. Overall good price and you get good service keeping prize in mind. Giovanni was excellent. The ladies in the restaurant were great."
