"Didn't like that when i booked this property in October it was open to everyone. In November it was changed to signature and you had to pay more to use the other pools and beach. Didn't feel the upgrade worth the money so i didnt do it. Other than that the place was an excellent resort. Also figured i already paid for all when i booked it at a full price and it was changed after the fact so i should have paid less being i got less."

"The property and room were clean and comfortable. There may have been a shortage of wash cloth because we had to make several requests before they were delivered. A customer service worker, I believed her name is Johnise was very courteous and helpful in a very professional way. Overall, the facility was good, and we will be recommending it to others. "
