"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"The location and our room were wonderful. But the food service leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t like buffet breakfast and the only alternative was room service. The food served at lunch on the beach and around the pool was OK. But the dinner options were limited and even having a reservation did not help with getting seated in a timely manner. One hostess for two restaurants meant we spent over 20 minutes waiting to be seated for a 6:00 PM reservation. The appetizers at Nori were good but the...

"We will be back for sure - this place has many options for kids and adults alike. Only horrible experience is the Front Desk. Transfer from Airport did not work. Half the family missing on registration documents. Upgrade promised - and not delivered (only after protest granted). Front Desk is totally disorganized and everything takes for ever. "

"Felt like family. Staff was superb. Some trouble with dinner reservations however staff always tried to help. Refrigerator in room never worked. This is a beautiful property. With just minor problems. Would come back again. Wonderful week "
