"First screened in porch/balcony with no insects and the view of Coral Bay and town! All the basics for cooking and barbecuing needed. Ann was ever so responsive the morning after we arrived to help us access wifi and use TV. We broke coffee caraffe first morning and she was there by noon with a replacement. We're going back next February. "

"Tropical Panorama is an exceptional villa and is exactly as advertised. Views are even better than the photo. We have been coming to St. John for over 25 years and had one of our best stays over the holidays last month. Rooms are spacious, gourmet kitchen is fabulous, outside grill / kitchen is awesome and the pool is large and refreshing after a day on the beach. "Two couples stayed 5 nights in February. Everything was excellent. The property manager George met us at the ferry and escorted us to the villa. Explained everything we needed to know and gave great recommendations for dining and beaches. The view from the villa is breathtaking. Glorious sunsets and relaxing mornings looking out over the water. A/C made the villa very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and well working grill. Also great to have a washer and dryer. Would love to stay here again."

"The house was lovely and clean. I enjoyed floating in the pool without thinking about anything. The island is beautiful, and there are many things to explore on it. If you planning to stay there, you do need a car rental for sure."
