"A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay "

"Lovely stay and very affordable. The service was fantastic. Comfortable and large rooms. While I was there they had a little beach party with live music on the weekend. Great time. Highly recommend. Located right next to the water taxi to St. Kitts making exploring the sister island easy."

"The property is a great base point to explore the island especially the southeast peninsula (Majors Bay a must for secluded beach with clear turquoise waters. While the rooms are not high luxury if that is how you travel, we found them quite functional and very reasonable. The staff ( especially Raol(sp) at the Dock bar ) are very friendly and helpful. "The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't.
