Growing up with a parent that worked for Marriott for over 40yrs I am fully aware of what service should be been like. However, in some cases I was disappointed. There were times that housekeeping did not do the rooms (5x) At one time they did the room but did not vacuum. Housekeeping is not to do the room with door close and some were and you are not to be on cell phone and some were especially on speaker. The last 3 days were horrible . All of the sudden when we would get to the hotel room it would smell like cigarettes. As if someone smoked in the room. It got so bad I had to request to switch room. Mind you it was on a smoke free floor. The male staff were very helpful and friendly. I don’t know if I would stay again.

Safe area unless the other side of city. Close to the walking turist area. The SPA is wonderful. I got a 55 min massage and it was amazing

The restaurant was far too cold, much colder than the rest of the air-conditioned hotel. The food was also rather expensive. The free parking was also poorly signed. But it's a lovely hotel in a great location.
