"Best place in Brighton "

"Excellent idea to stay here for a night in Brighton. Right on the seaside in a convenient location. A 10 minute walk to the Royal Theatre and a 5 minute walk to The Lanes with all of its dining and drinking options. A lovely breakfast too. Parking is 29 pounds extra per day but is located right under the hotel. The staff were lovely too. My son and I enjoyed ourselves here."

"Check in was simple and completed quickly. Room was as per the pictures, a little on the cold side but there was an electric heater if needed. Shower was hot and powerful, bed comfy and there were tea and coffee facilities."
