"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"No problem with the staff, very helpful, or the room. Our only issue was that we had some time to kill, and the TV wasn't connected to anything, so couldn't watch it. Our helpful receptionist couldn't fix it either."
