Very convenient for Gatwick South terminal as there is a covered walkway between the hotel and the terminal building - about 3 minutes walk. Hotel was very good. Staff helpful & friendly. Restaurant food also good and not unreasonably priced.

Stayed one night pre flight - the date we booked it was very good value compared to other hotels at Gatwick South. Much more space than the capsule hotels. Only downsides were that the drinking glasses in the room were quite dirty and the tea and coffee had not been replenished (only mint tea and decaf coffee)

Great location and facilities were good. Food was very over priced - I ordered the ceasar salad and there was far too much Parmesan and not enough chicken which was a paid for extra. THere was noise coming from another room at 2/3am. I called for some help and initially they denied that there was noise but eventually agreed and went to assist but I'd hope this would be picked up.

Staff were efficient and helpful. Check-in was easy, and rapid. We arrived after a long haul flight very early morning and our day room was ready and very straightforward check-in. Breakfast was very good, in both choice and quality, if a bit pricey. Good value if you eat a lot! Will definitely use it again.

Very convenient but walking to property from car rental places not obvious and should be easier IE direct people through back of hotel This is probably more of an issue with the airport setup and signage but Hilton could assist with this with their information
