Was a classic holiday inn decor, no plugs near the bed which was annoying considering it is such a new hotel. Also was quite noisy in the room we were in which was near the reception, you could hear kids running down the hallway a lot of the night

So much less hustle and bustle than Athens or Istanbul. The quiet, laid back pace of Crawley was just what we needed after a multi-stop 3 week vacation. Conveniently located close to the Gatwick Airport and the Crawley town centre. We have found our new favourite spot to “decompress” for a few days on our way home from a trip to Europe.

Wow, we were totally blown away by the size and cleanliness of this hotel after exploring Europe for a week. The front staff was super friendly and helpful, from checking us in to setting up taxi services to and from the airport. They even gave us some great recommendations for pubs to check out nearby.
