As far as the property/facility it’s self, everything was nice and clean. Front desk staff were amazing and very accommodating…..Now the breakfast on the other hand was awful, it was very apparent that the food was not fresh and we even discovered mold on the cucumbers. When I approached a male kitchen staff about the mold, he told me “that’s how it is”. Which was very alarming. Fast forward 2 hours after we ate the other foods, me and my girlfriend started feeling sick and nauseas. Please address the kitchen staff about reusing old food and make sure they are adhering to good health standards so other people do not get sick.

The hotel is fine, and if you don't mind a short walk, it's easy to get a bus too and from Gatwick. Would have rated a lot higher but the bathroom stank of drains and the shower wouldn't drain (maybe a link there). Shower tray overflows so water all over the floor. Would be easy to fix but I didn't get the impression that that's what the staff were thinking about.

Lovely decorating. Warm welcome at reception Room was lovely,comfortable, cosy. Love the retro phone. Only thing, the surfaces were quite dusty Showerr water didnt drain away very well, worried it would flood over on to the floor Otherwise lovely stay. Comfy bed. Thank you

Radisson Red London Gatwick hotel provided everything we needed after a long day's travel and delayed flight! The room was a good size and very clean with a really comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. We enjoyed the full buffet breakfast before checking-out and the shuttle bus back to the airport was perfect.
