4*star hotel but no OAT milk available anywhere in the hotel and no biscuits in the room with coffee & tea making facilities. No full length mirror although nspace on the wall available. The bed linen was so soft and the bed very comfortable however the free monorail train service that shuttles between the two terminals every 2 or 3 minutes kept us awake most of the night. Disappointed and over priced for 4* hotel.

We always stay here when we are going away and flying from Gatwick. The hotel is right next to check in. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff are wonderful. Highly recommended

I have stayed here before and it has always been outstanding. This time, however, I was in a room overlooking the podium and my stay was spoilt by the constant noise from below. Children shouting, chairs being scraped across the floor. It was not at all relaxing and I was disappointed as I thought rooms were soundproofed. Also reception was ok but not quite as good as on my previous stays.

The hotel is perfectly located at the London Gatwick airport. All the staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again and recommend to anyone that needs to be in the Gatwick Airport area. Restaurants on site are great too!!

The restaurant was surprisingly good. The ribeye steak was really good although quite expensive at £38. The room was very good with a nice bathroom and walk in shower. Very easy for both terminals. Certainly would stay there again.
