"Overall, great property with a wonderful location next to Times Square. I would definitely recommend. The property will store your baggage if your flight is not till well after checkout, allowing more time in the city. The property charges a fee for this service. Only frustration was I was told one fee and received an email from the hotel stating the same fee, however, when I went to use the service the fee was higher than what I was told and what the email said. I inquired and was told they “the fee changed several months ago but we have not gotten around to updating the information in the email”. "

"I read a lot of the reviews prior to our stay and as always we kept an open mind as everyone has different standards. The front desk was very kind and our room was ready upon check in. The elevators were quick at all times, we did have to wait a tad on Thanksgiving day but EVERYONE was out and about and it wasn’t as bad as some reviews make it seem. Could the room floors be cleaner as others have said, sure but we’re not rolling around the floor. The beds were clean as well as everything else in the room. We traveled with a toddler and it was very spacious to accommodate our belongings including stroller. House keeping was very attentive to us everyday. The location is perfect, you have Central Park about 4 blocks to the left and Times Square a few too the right. The location is well worth the money. I will definitely be back. "
