"Phenomenal trip with my fiancé and parents. It was my parents’ first time in AC and I wanted to make it super special for them, especially since they don’t travel much. The staff was super helpful with this and gave us an upgraded room to give to my parents to help celebrate. Staff is always super helpful and friendly and all the waitstaff in the resort/hotel were great! "

"The room was freezing and it felt like the heat never kicked in. The shower and sink water was luke warm and all 4 towels I picked up had brown stains all over them. After complaining to the front desk about the water they moved us to another room. I let the shower water run for 20 mins and it still never got hot.
