The service was great, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The overall property is in good condition, and most of the amenities were well-maintained. However, the main downside was the pool. Unfortunately, it was poorly maintained— the water was literally green, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. My daughter even developed a skin...

"Hotel Dann is a gem! The staff are wonderful the property is beautiful. We stayed on the 6th floor with an ocean view for my birthday and it was everything I dreamed of. The breakfasts were magnificent! Fresh juices and fruit, eggs made to order, everything we ate was delicious. The pool was clean, spacious and steps from the beach. Security 24/7 and walking distance to shops and great food. Great for couples and families. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cartagena!"
