"Great area in Getsemani but room was not clean. Mildew smell, and some bugs. But the price for a private room is difficult to find. Everything was good except for the cleanliness."

"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "

"Cadre magnifique,rencontre touchante avec les personnes qui travaillent a la finca.repas copieux, simples,sains. Dommage: difficile d'acces, surtout avec bagages:4x4 a 50000 cop l'aller...literie moyenne et isolation phonique inexistante...."

"Arrived to the hotel about 830 pm. Looked like it was close to other hotel restaurants. Wanting to walk and get dinner but was told by the hotel staff that it was unsafe to go outside. Asked for a cab and was told it was difficult to get one. Ending up leaving the hotel that evening. Staff working was rude to my spouse but apologies when we brought it up. "
