"It was a great place, safe location, easy access 25/7, not too far from Centro Tulum, a car rental was ideal for us, as we had the opportunity to visit many Tulum gems around the area, Host was was so gracious, in helping with day to day things, and overall was a very stress free place to stay, a cab ride not too bad, but weekly car rental was great to go to ruins, cenote, and beach daily, and made the trip. Very clean and friendly place. "

"Beautiful location on Soliman Bay, lovely beachfront, friendly management staff, excellent cleaning staff. Walking distance to Manta Ray hotel and restaurant and Jashita hotel and restaurant. Septic smell upon arrival (they fixed it promptly upon request by pumping septic tank). Septic needs upgraded. The toilet is actually hot to the touch as is the septic tank cover - something concerning going on. Not permitted to put toilet paper in toilet. All buildings, structures and walkways are fine...

"The property was a massive disappointment. Completely false advertising. Location is not in the jungle It's a dirty construction site in a very questionable area. Taxi drivers said they don't drive in that area because it's dangerous. The driver was glad we didn't let him leave because he said " I was worried you were going to get robbed, raped and killed here". The room itself smelled terrible, like mold. There were large packages that looked like construction supplies sitting in the kitchen...
