"The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. We came right after the hurricane and would barely notice with hardworking staff working on the property constantly. The area is a perfect beach town with a close breakfast place “jungle cafe” and a very friendly restaurant essentially across the street, and a corner market type place maybe 1/4 of the mile down the road. Other more fancy restaurants were also within walking distance. The coral reef… amazing. Friendly and reassuring...

"My husband and I and our two kids age 2.5 & 5.5 had such a great experience here. It was beautiful, well taken care of, the staff, owner and other renters were so kind and welcoming to us. The weather was awesome the whole time we were there. The snorkeling was incredible and the surrounding areas were full of welcoming, kind locals and a really great vibe in general. We'll be back!"

"The condo has a great view of Half Moon Bay and direct water access for snorkeling. It is large with several gathering spaces, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable king size beds. Lovely gardens surrounding the pool. We used bikes for short ride to main beach and restaurant area. Snorkel gear, swim noodles and yoga mats provided. Bring water shoes since beach entrance is rocky."

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."

"Great Location/Stay. Everything worked out nicely. Had couple of situations which the property manager took take of promptly!! Will definitely recommend to friends/family and look forward to coming back in future. Sargassium was an issue but nothing to do with the property although they tried to clean up as much as possible. "It's accurate as described. Quaint, quiet town with good snorkeling and swimming at your feet and much to please you nearby. We snorkeled a few times and saw rays to the south of the bay, squid, anenome and urchins, plus all the gorgeous tropical fish you expect on Yucatan reefs. Coral to the north side of the bay was more extensive. Water was warm and clear. Some seaweed on the beach meant walks were best done at low tide. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. "Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."
