"I can’t give this property enough praise. My family and I rented the entire home June 22- June29,2024. The house is beautiful. The beach is all sand and beautiful as well. There was 14 in our party. We had plenty of room. Daily housekeeper and groundskeeper were provided. Please tip them well because they do a great job. "Quiet, private, relaxing. Six of us fit comfortably in this beautiful home. We enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, walking down the beach, and hanging out with the house iguanas that visited every day. Two things missing: a gas grill and an actual full kitchen oven. The countertop “oven” is limited and the charcoal grill never worked. Also a guest half bathroom would be nice downstairs too. It is a good location where you can swim right in front of the house. Water shoes were provided but if you don’t like sharing shoes, just bring your own. "We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. We will definitely come back."

"Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."
