"The staff was so attentive. Miss Isis was amazing with arranging transportation for me to get there safely as I was traveling solo. The front desk, the staff at the restaurant, housekeeping, the delivery person, the servers and service at the beach, the massage provider. Everyone was so wonderful. The only thing was the business next to the property has a loud generator that runs most of the day. That is the only thing that bothered me. Will be back! "

"We used the buffet a lot. The food options were diverse and changed every time. The food was very savorous. There were plenty of drinking options included with the all-inclusive. The staff was very kind. The room was cleant every morning. The hotel is two minutes away from the beach. We definitely advise this hotel. That’d be great that Expedia proposes a package including the transfer from the airport to the hotel (taxi to Chiquilá, ferry from Chiquilá to Holbox, and taxi from Chiquilá’s port to the hotel) to make travellers’ life even easier."
