"A very nice hotel with a great staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. The breakfast buffett was delicious, there were different options every day. Lunch service at the beach was lovely. Good cleaning service. The bathrooms need a little update. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We used the buffet a lot. The food options were diverse and changed every time. The food was very savorous. There were plenty of drinking options included with the all-inclusive. The staff was very kind. The room was cleant every morning. The hotel is two minutes away from the beach. We definitely advise this hotel. That’d be great that Expedia proposes a package including the transfer from the airport to the hotel (taxi to Chiquilá, ferry from Chiquilá to Holbox, and taxi from Chiquilá’s port to the hotel) to make travellers’ life even easier."
