We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the hotel. Attentive staff, peaceful location, very clean facilities. With all inclusive stay we didn’t go anywhere else and enjoyed high quality food and drinks in the hotel. You’ll be in love with Holbox after staying at HM Palapas!

Everything was amazing! Such a calming environment all the servers were wonderful and attentive. So much delicious food in the all inclusive! It’s such a beautiful naturalistic paradise, and we are for sure going back!

A very nice hotel with a great staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. The breakfast buffett was delicious, there were different options every day. Lunch service at the beach was lovely. Good cleaning service. The bathrooms need a little update. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An Amazing Stay - Highly Recommended! We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional—every staff member we interacted with was kind and attentive, making us feel so welcome. The food was incredible, with a variety of delicious options that exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, and it’s clear they take cleanliness seriously, which we really appreciated. On top of that, the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made our vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable. We truly have no complaints. Very nice hotel, it’s close to the beach. Breakfast was good. Also booked one massage which was great. Cleaning service sometimes forgot towels - so we had to call reception twice to bring us some. But otherwise everything was good!

Great location, the facilities are great, the staff is amazing helpful and friendly and the food is great. The beach and pools are fantastic and you can have a great time in the hotel. We experienced an hurricane during our stay but the staff was always very nice and make it easier for us to feel safe and comfortable. Fully recommend the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. There’s room for improvement with the food, however. The bbq night in particular was not good. The meat and chicken were not cooked properly because they were placed in the open flame which caused the outside of the food to burn but the inside was still raw.

The staff was so attentive. Miss Isis was amazing with arranging transportation for me to get there safely as I was traveling solo. The front desk, the staff at the restaurant, housekeeping, the delivery person, the servers and service at the beach, the massage provider. Everyone was so wonderful. The only thing was the business next to the property has a loud generator that runs most of the day. That is the only thing that bothered me. Will be back!

All staff were great. General manager could have been more forthcoming with some of the issues trying to meet taxi and ferry departure times with all of the local unforeseeable complications in this environment so be prepared to have all your taxi and ferry reservations made well ahead of time.
