El staff es amable y atento sin embargo nuestra estancia se vio arruinada porque no tuvimos por 2 días agua para bañarnos. Trataron de ayudarnos pero no hubo solución y decidimos cambiarnos de hotel. El hotel está alejado del centro y al llover toda la isla se inunda, por lo que recomiendo tomarlo en cuenta.

Está cerca de la playa, caminando al centro son aproximadamente 20 minutos, lo cual lo hace un lugar tranquilo, alejado del ruido. El desayuno está rico, las habitaciones cumplen con lo indicado. Excelente lugar y el personal muy atento.

El hotel es muy agradable, tranquilo, limpio, habitaciones amplias, el personal muy atento y caminando a la playa son 2 cuadras, llegando al embarcadero sugiero si tomar un taxi y para el centro donde esta el bullicio caminando es 15 minutos pero agradable y seguro.

This property is located in the quieter part of Isla Holbox. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown while staying in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants around the block, and the beach is a few blocks away. We'd recommend.

This property is pretty well kept. The check in was smooth and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was everything I wanted. The cleaning staff was on point with every request. Breakfast was lovely. If you don’t mind walking a little longer to get to your room, book this place.
