"The room originally given to us was not ready so room service put us in the room next door. The there is a giant frosted window to the hallway and the light is always on so your room stays well lit at night too. The sheets on both beds had some reddish brown droplets dried on them. The sheets and towels were scratchy and it feels like there is a plastic cover on the mattress it self. It served it purpose putting us close to the ferry but we probably won’t be back to this hotel if we have to...

"Almost everything was good. Need to fix the issue with hot and cold water as the hot wasn't working. Suggestion for a microwave and cleaning of the pool after an amount of people have used it. "

"I had a good time staying here! The tv had more channels than regular cable so I enjoyed that. AC worked great. The breakfast is coffee, cookies, and cereal. The location was excellent, two blocks from the malecón with many restaurants around and an Oxxo in the back. The only problem was that my bathroom sink was leaking. And I didn’t know I could ask for a blanket until I saw them in other rooms and wondered why I didn’t have one. So my second night was more comfortable for sure. :) "
