"While the hotel is in a convenient area with lots within walking distance, and the facilities are also nice in appearance, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. There was a dead cockroach that had been there so long its legs had fallen off. The sheets were not clean, the walls had smudges and marks all over them. It’s as if they hadn’t cleaned the room in months and forgot to do anything after the last person checked out (other than make the bed). There was also no toilet...

"The hotel is far away from cafes, attractions, the mall. 2 or 3 taxi trips every day.I stayed for 2 nights and they did not clean my room and did not make the bed. Breakfast was instant coffee and a cookie.None of the staff spoke English but that's okay--it is Mexico. "
