Check-in staff member (Marina?) was very personable and efficient, handling a busy check-in time well. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is attractive. Hot breakfast was good, with two rooms for seating.

The property is decent enough for the cost especially with proximity to the downtown area. Accessibility is a bit rough due to construction in the area and there was a smell in the room that can only be described as a sickly sweet smell and it was overpowering.

The property is clean. The room is good. The property is located by the service road of I35 so there is always traffic leading to the hotel. However, it provides good value for the price. I would go back again for a quick stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Outside of hotel and hotel it’s self was clean. Our room could have been cleaner for sure, especially for the price you’re paying. Fingerprints and dust everywhere. Housekeeping just needs to take a little more time.

My stay was comfortable and the entire staff was nice. The issue is that I caught a horrible contagious bacterial infection (infitago) on the back of my neck from the pillow i slept on in the room. I had to go to the ER and it’s been over a week and i’m still dealing with it, via antibiotics. The cleanliness is clearly not up to standards and I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. It’s costing me more in doctor bills than it did to stay there.

A functional hotel. Rooms were clean, but worn. Breakfast was ok. The location right by the high-traffic interstate was convenient for coming and going, but it also meant that you can't walk to anything. A reasonable value, but a little drab.
