Too many kids were in the swim up bar area, staff had to come there and tell them they weren't allowed. Shortly after staff left the parents let them back in. Need bigger signs with no one under 21 in that area.

Checking in was easy Daniel singing and welcome dancing, perfect!! Plus Daniel gave us fun toys that made it festive! Mike at the bar served excellent Margaritas! Our room was ready & we loved the view!! Now we would like to say that we were very disappointed with the Bartender Autum - she brushed her long blonde hair as we were eating at the bar, she took away my food before I was done and then we asked to watch the SeaHawks game and she said, I don’t know how to change the channel . So ONE person that made us not want to return and in fact we went elsewhere to watch our football and eat. VERY UNFORTUNATE!!

Valet gentlemen were amazing (begins with E. Can't remember name right now sor very sorry!) MANY issues! Communication,service,comfort,follow through. Condo was beautiful. Bed horrible. Front desk told us they would give us another blanket that was all they could do. No room service for 5 day even when brought to their attention end of day 3. Little to no service at the pool. Called for 2 days prior to stay to before someone answered the phone. Water turned off in middle of shower. Emailed general manager prior to trip with no answer. Talked with HR manager two hours prior to check out who insured us that the hotel manager would call before we checked out. He never called. Did get a refund of 1/3 after arriving home. Never did get a call from anyone. So sad!So much potential at this place to be worthy of what they charge.

Booked a premium room ocean view and was told not available and would have to speak with management in morning. Went up to downgrade, pool view with Ocean view if you leaned over the balcony. Checked online noticed upgrade available with Ocean view. Went down to get the upgrade then was lied to saying i got the room i ordered. Walked out and got refund through expedia, property kept my additional charges of $16 resort fee.

Property seemed nice but when toilet was not working and a smell of sewage was in the room along with water leaking into the hall from another room seemed a bit much. Also ants are an issue in the room
